The hotel location offered easy access to the train station, which was great. the room was equipped with a big TV and a Jacuzzi tub, which was a nice addition.
The temperature in the room was not adjustable and it was quite hot, making it hard to sleep well. the staff didn't speak English, so it was challenging to communicate.

The hotel had excellent facilities such as a coin laundry and hot and cold water filter/dispenser in the room. the friendly staff made a lot of effort to help and ensure our comfort. the location was superb with a few minutes walk from the train station and a lot of nearby shops and restaurants.
Some guests had issues with the firmness of the mattress and the rattling of the AC unit which may be unique to the top floor.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was near the train station and convenient for sightseeing. , the room had a nice view of the city skyline, and the hot water in the shower was always available.
The room was uncomfortably cold during the winter and the heating system was not adjustable. I also found the staff to be unhelpful and unfriendly.
